long waitmiserable staff
the breakfast experience was disappointing. i waited a long time to be checked in. staff were unhelpful and seemed miserable. there were no knives, forks, or glasses available initially and the bacon was swimming in fat.

the breakfast included a good selection of food.
I was disappointed that the staff did not acknowledge my request for a room change when the disability room i was given was not what i booked. the hotel claimed it was full, but the website showed available rooms. furthermore, the room was not clean. The bathroom was quite dirty with stains on the shower curtain.

A Reliable Stay Near the Motorway

I found the breakfast delicious. It offered ample selection. The room size was good and was clean. I found all staff excellent and very helpful. Parking was available. The hotel was near the M6. It provided additional convenience.
The fire alarm activated at 7 AM. It was due to toast burning. Perhaps a different toaster is needed. It could prevent abrupt awakenings.
